晨读工作令我感触良多，其中最突出者有三。

Firstly, it’s not easy to be a reading guide. As to the reading events, you’ll be tense on the stage unless you have prepared them very well. As to the method of management, you’ll be in trouble when matters come in accident unless you have some experience to face it. As to the communication, you’ll never be friendly and effective on teaching events unless you have a patient and careful heart.

其一，导读之工作也并非易事。论读书之务，须有预备之足，否则慌张上台，易自乱阵脚；论管理之道，须有应变之智，否则偶遇变故，便拖沓麻烦。论交流之法，须有细致之心，否则事理难授，终难消隔阂。

Secondly, new ideas are the key to self-improvement. The job of reading guide like million glasses, new ideas create the new beauty of it. No matter teachers or students, they can be bored easily if there’s no change in a long time. Change the following style into competition by leading the spirit of teams. Change study into entertainment by unearths something funny. Thoughts on teaching events are power for us.

其二，自我之提升须重在思变。导读之职，如万花之境，思变则出新。如稳扎稳打，一成不变，则日久味乏，于师于生皆易疲乏。引导队心，变跟为赛；发掘趣处，变学为玩。为师者为授业所思，方有精进之力。

Finally, the freshmen’s energy is much better than we expect. It seems that they prefer to focus on study than us elder students. As I know, nobody came to read book with a sleepy or tired face. And almost of them have preview the words and articles in their books. That’s so positive that may make some of us ashamed. We should be outstanding and hard-working like them. That’s just what we should be!

其三，新生之精神竟意外饱满。相比于我届之老生，新生似更有踏实用功之心。就我观之，晨读之时，新生虽均早起却无困倦之相，虽未嘱咐却多预习之人，足令我届之某些人汗颜。我辈当学新生之面貌，提升精气，发奋图强，当展老生之才情，显老生之风范。
